Windies Face Uphill Task to End Near Two Decade Wait for ODI Series Win in India

After a 2-0 drubbing in the Test series, the Windies will now take on India in a five-match One-Day International series the first of which begins in Guwahati on Sunday. Overall, the Windies have played 10 ODI series in India, the first of which was staged in 1983. While India have won six of them, Windies have been victorious on four occasions, most of the wins achieved before the turn of the century.
